A star chart that's used to display what stars are visible at a specific time and date from certain latitude. It consists of two circular layers. The bottom layer contains a print out of the stars and constellations and the top layer has a transparent section. By rotating the top layer to the required date and time the stars that are currently visible are shown through the top window.
